As we scale our reach, we’re looking for a Growth Engineer to help drive customer success through technical integration, support sales efforts with proof-of-concept builds, and build the internal tooling and processes to grow Envio’s adoption efficiently.

Role Overview 🛠️

As a Growth Engineer at Envio, you’ll work directly with new and prospective clients to ensure they have a world-class onboarding experience. You’ll help prototype and deliver integration examples, unblock implementation issues, and assist the sales and product teams with technical insights from the field. This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who loves to build, talk to customers, and be deeply involved in growing a startup.

Responsibilities 🐥

Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to support client technical evaluations and onboarding.
Build proof-of-concept demos and minimal integrations to showcase Envio’s capabilities for prospective customers.
Own the early technical relationship with clients, from discovery to deployment.
Write clear, reusable example code and boilerplates to accelerate client development.
Translate feedback and requirements from the field into internal product insights.
Contribute to internal tooling that automates and scales onboarding, monitoring, or support processes.
Represent Envio in client meetings, developer calls, and partner integrations with clarity and technical confidence.

Requirements 🔧

Experience in a solutions engineering, integrations engineering, developer success, or backend development role.
